MIDDLE YEARS

The International Middle Years Curriculum provides independence and interdependence in learning through discrete subject learning and themes, encouraging learning that helps students make connections that are relevant to their own lives. It involves active, skills-based learning, promotes self-reflection and the opportunity for students to make sense of their learning.

The International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) helps:

  • Making Meaning

  • Preparing students for the next stage of learning
  • Being part of a worldwide community to share learning experiences, best practice, ideas and resources
